- Analyze design and implement next generation I O optimizations
- Collaborate with product and architecture teams
- Drive automated testing and CI CD adoption
- Ensure software quality documentation and test coverage
- Evaluate and implement erasure coding techniques
- Execute storage I O optimization roadmap
- Lead and mentor engineering team
- Oversee SPDK integration with storage and hardware accelerators
