Tasks
- Apply data mining to extract insights from experimental datasets
- Build scalable analytical applications and workflows
- Champion reusable computational workflows in production settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate needs into analytical solutions
- Create in silico models to accelerate compound progression decisions
- Design data pipelines for scientific analysis
- Develop and deploy production quality code with version control testing and documentation
