Tasks
- Build process documentation and operational playbooks
- Ensure reporting accuracy completeness and operational reliability
- Identify and drive automation opportunities for reporting efficiency
- Identify risks gaps and improvement opportunities in reporting
- Lead cross functional initiatives from problem definition to execution
- Maintain checklists and recurring workflows
- Manage primary stakeholder relationships for RTB reporting
- Operationalize stabilized reports into day to day reporting
- Own reporting for RTB and compliance
- Reduce fire drill ad hoc reporting through automation
