- Collect and translate user feedback into requirements

- Identify AI use cases and build proofs of concept
- Investigate issues using POET data pipelines optimization workflows and APIs
- Maintain runbooks and known issue logs
- Onboard and configure AI tools
- Provide first line production support for Lane Assist and POET
- Support AI deployments with data security and model governance
- Triaging and resolve or escalate production issues
