Senior Fulfillment Lead (Netherlands)
Tasks
- Allocate couriers and coordinate dispatch
- Communicate risks delays and recovery plans
- Coordinate with customer support and supplier teams
- Design and implement SOPs
- Drive daily fulfillment execution
- Identify bottlenecks and improve processes
- Lead and develop junior team members

- Manage inbound consolidation and break bulk operations
