Tasks
- Connect supply chain central and cluster functions for reporting
- Decide stock location between markets and clusters
- Define cluster market allocation and receipt plans
- Define safety stock policy and values
- Drive continuous improvement
- Ensure inventory availability for sales plan
- Generate out of stock and stock reports
- Identify excess and low stock issues
- Identify problems and implement solutions
- Manage excess and EOL stock execution
- Manage opportunity and rebalance process across clusters and markets
- Monitor receipt plans and update inventory levels
- Optimize inventory levels across clusters
- Prioritize inbound containers based on stock and sales plans
- Produce weekly stock projections with inbounds forecast and actuals
- Support product availability on storage locations
