- Define and implement event driven architecture
- Define and implement testing strategies TDD BDD and automation
- Design and enforce security models authentication authorization and RBAC
- Design develop and evolve cloud native microservices
- Drive solution thinking for business problems
- Ensure database design data consistency and application performance
- Improve build and deployment pipelines and support Kubernetes deployments
- Lead technical design sessions
- Own system level architecture for scalability performance and resilience
- Review code and mentor engineers
- Tune JVM for low latency high scale systems
