- Analyze experimental results and produce recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Define measures of effectiveness and performance and KPIs
- Design test plans and evaluation methodologies
- Lead experimentation campaign development and execution
- Manage experimentation schedules resources risks and objectives
- Mentor junior engineers and analysts
- Oversee data collection validation statistical analysis and reporting
- Plan and execute field tests laboratory experiments and operational assessments
- Present technical findings to leadership and customers
- Support capability assessments and technology transition
