Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist
Tasks
- Architect and implement scalable RAG and LLM systems
- Build and maintain agentic orchestration frameworks
- Build data pipelines to harmonize omics datasets for model training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate multi agent systems for scientific reasoning retrieval and decision support
- Design and deploy graph based RAG pipelines
- Develop conversational AI chatbot interfaces
- Ensure model outputs are biologically interpretable and experimentally testable
- Integrate knowledge graphs documents and structured biological datasets
- Optimize LLM powered pipelines and multi agent systems
