Tasks
- Build evaluation frameworks with datasets metrics and improvement loops
- Collaborate with Trust and Safety Legal and Public Affairs
- Design build and ship production machine learning systems
- Develop and maintain content moderation ML models
- Drive experimentation to improve model performance reliability and fairness
- Own technical initiatives across detection classification and policy evaluation
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers
- Represent technical decisions and influence product direction
