Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Search Relevance
Tasks
- Build ranking retrieval and recommendation systems
- Develop experimentation and evaluation pipelines
- Execute offline and online evaluation and A B testing
- Identify signals and metrics for quality improvements
- Implement low latency query serving and near real time indexing
- Lead design and implementation of platform components
- Optimize ETL feature engineering model serving and result ranking
- Participate in on call rotation and triage issues
- Perform code reviews and technical direction
- Solve distributed systems challenges
- Tune relevance ranking using NDCG MRR precision at k
