- Build and scale AI platforms for model serving and prompt management
- Build deploy and scale generative AI and LLM applications
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews
- Define engineering metrics for model quality latency cost and reliability
- Design AI architecture for scalable products
- Develop AI engineering standards and reusable frameworks
- Ensure responsible AI governance security and compliance
- Implement MLOps CI CD and infrastructure as code
- Implement RAG and AI agents solutions
- Lead AI engineering teams
- Partner with product management and data science
- Plan sprints and drive technical execution
- Set AI observability monitoring and evaluation frameworks
