- Design and maintain statistical and machine learning models
- Develop and execute modeling and analytics roadmap
- Ensure model governance and documentation under model risk management
- Evaluate and tune models to reduce false positives
- Identify new typologies emerging risks and financial crime trends
- Lead model documentation and tuning
- Own and enhance AML and sanctions detection models
- Support model validation and performance monitoring
- Translate regulatory requirements into analytical frameworks
