- Build self service data discovery for findability accessibility and reusability
- Develop and enhance data solutions for clinical R and D
- Develop and operationalize cloud based GenAI and LLM applications using RAG fine tuning and vector embeddings
- Document processes and share technical knowledge
- Enforce data governance manage metadata and lineage using Databricks Unity Catalog
- Implement data product development testing lineage and access governance
- Monitor technology trends and apply best practices for platform optimization
- Optimize data platform performance scalability interoperability and cost effectiveness
- Provide guidance and mentorship for junior analysts and vendors
- Support cross functional AI and data initiatives
