Senior Manager, Disaster & Cyber Recovery (Toronto, ON – Hybrid)

Tasks

• Conduct recovery testing failover exercises and tabletop simulations
• Coordinate recovery efforts during incidents
• Define restoration procedures and test recovery paths
• Develop disaster recovery and cyber recovery programs
• Embed recoverability into system design and operations
• Establish immutable backups and isolated recovery environments
• Implement cyber recovery capabilities
• Lead post-incident reviews and improvements
• Maintain recovery frameworks standards and procedures
• Maintain runbooks and recovery documentation
• Prioritize recovery capabilities by business impact
• Promote recovery roles responsibilities and best practices
• Provide leadership and mentorship for recovery execution
• Report readiness risks and improvements to senior leadership
• Set RTO and RPO objectives
• Support internal and external audits
• Translate enterprise risk goals into recovery standards
