Tasks
- Adopt digital tools analytics and reporting platforms
- Conduct operational reviews and drive accountability
- Coordinate planning inventory warehousing transportation and customer service
- Develop and monitor capacity plans
- Develop business cases for network optimization and capital investments
- Drive inventory accuracy with cycle counting
- Ensure on time shipment and order cycle time targets
- Ensure safety quality and compliance execution
- Establish high performance safety engagement and customer focus culture
- Handle customer order prioritization and exceptions
- Implement automation digitization and process simplification
- Improve labor productivity and cost efficiency
- Improve service levels and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop regional fulfillment and warehouse teams
- Lead continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Lead end to end order fulfillment
- Maintain real time order to delivery visibility dashboards
- Manage fulfillment budgets and operational expenses
- Manage fulfillment performance across multiple sites
- Optimize order waves allocation rules and fulfillment priorities
- Own fulfillment processes within ERP WMS OMS and transportation management
- Perform root cause analysis for service failures
- Perform supply chain planning and network capacity optimization
- Standardize processes and performance metrics
- Support system upgrades implementations and system integrations with 3PL
