Tasks
- Build scalable analytical frameworks and tooling
- Champion causal inference and segmentation best practices
- Collaborate with data platform and data engineering
- Define product feature metrics
- Drive OKRs planning and execution
- Drive experimentation rigor and statistical analysis
- Identify remove blockers to high quality analytics delivery
- Influence cross functional stakeholder alignment and decision making
- Lead and grow product data science team
- Partner with Product Engineering Marketing and Commercial leaders
- Review and shape analytical work and modeling approaches
- Translate business problems into analytical and data science problems
