Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics
Tasks
- Administer incentive compensation operations goal setting tracking payout validation
- Drive continuous improvement for scalability efficiency and field effectiveness
- Ensure data integrity system adoption and reporting reliability
- Lead onboarding POA and regional meetings operational execution
- Lead operating cadence governance forums and communications
- Lead system enhancements requirements testing and deployment
- Maintain SOPs and field standards
- Manage cross functional deliverables vendors and timelines
- Manage territory alignment roster management and sales crediting
- Oversee CRM and sales enablement systems
- Support annual plan design and in year adjustments
- Translate commercial strategy into field processes
