• Design deploy and improve large scale storage systems
• Evaluate and adopt modern storage technologies
• Lead and coach storage production engineering team
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for storage issues
• Own capacity planning data lifecycle management and high availability
• Partner with engineering DevOps and AI ML teams to improve data pipelines
• Plan and execute disaster recovery for storage systems
• Use automation monitoring and analytics to improve storage reliability
