- Administer Workday reporting content
- Build and optimize advanced Workday reports
- Coach and develop team members
- Communicate insights and operational updates to stakeholders
- Enforce data access and handling standards
- Establish report nomenclature and metadata standards
- Govern reporting content in People Analytics Hub
- Lead report intake and prioritization
- Lead reporting governance and lifecycle management
- Maintain reporting documentation and inventories
- Optimize reporting processes and reduce duplication
- Own Workday reporting operations
- Perform quality assurance and validation
- Support user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot reporting data and system issues
