- Develop supervisors into independent leaders
- Drive continuous improvement in labor efficiency
- Ensure audit compliance
- Improve on time dispatch
- Lead change initiatives
- Lead root cause resolution
- Manage overtime and labor spend against plan
- Optimize inventory accuracy
- Own building safety performance
- Own inbound and outbound performance
- Own incident rates and near miss reporting
- Own labor budget and labor cost targets
- Partner with Safety Quality and Loss Prevention
- Partner with Strategy Finance and People on workforce needs
- Reduce defect rates
- Set performance standards and hold leaders accountable
