- Analyze employee lifecycle trends risks and opportunities
- Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Build scalable self-service analytics solutions
- Design develop and deliver people analytics dashboards reporting and presentations
- Drive data governance and data quality improvements
- Establish people data structures sources business rules and systems
- Identify workforce questions and deliver data driven insights
- Lead cross functional workforce analytics projects and workstreams
- Mentor junior team members
- Partner with HR systems teams to support enhancements and implementations
- Serve as subject matter expert for people metrics reporting standards and analytics best practices
- Translate workforce data into executive narratives
