Senior Principal AI Engineer, Agentic Systems
Tasks
- Build agentic eval frameworks observability and guardrails
- Design simulation environments for agent testing
- Develop clinical operations agents for care coordination
- Develop clinician copilots for real time documentation and risk surfacing
- Establish AI reliability safety evaluation and explainability best practices
- Implement prompt and policy versioning and tool registries
- Lead agentic AI architecture and model strategy
- Mentor engineers and data scientists for responsible AI
- Own model strategy across frontier models and fine tuning
- Partner with Product Clinical and Data to identify AI opportunities
