Tasks
- Build data pipelines for medical imaging
- Build production DICOM data pipelines
- Collaborate with QA engineers on testability
- Contribute to ML system architecture standards
- Design and implement end-to-end ML systems
- Design model versioning and deployment strategies
- Develop and optimize deep learning segmentation models
- Develop model training and inference services
- Enable automated testing and validation
- Implement preprocessing and augmentation workflows
- Integrate ML models into medical applications
- Optimize inference performance
- Stay current with modern ML architectures and training techniques
- Support CI CD pipelines for ML
