- Build large recommender systems and multimodal embeddings
- Define ML model architecture and feature engineering direction
- Design training and serving infrastructure at scale
- Develop deploy and scale recommendation ranking and personalization models
- Drive measurable user and business impact from ML investments
- Explore deep neural networks and transformer based architectures
- Lead ML system strategy and execution
- Lead agentic workflows and LLM assisted engineering
- Manage feature stores pipeline orchestration and model registry
- Mentor and grow ML engineers and scientists teams
- Partner with CTO on ML everywhere strategy
