- Analyze AI performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Communicate product vision roadmap risks dependencies to leadership
- Conduct data validation and translate insights into recommendations
- Configure and optimize learning management systems
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders
- Define and manage product roadmaps for learning technologies and AI solutions
- Define platform workflows automations and integrations requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and acceptance test cases
- Develop reporting success metrics dashboards and KPIs
- Evaluate and test AI powered learning products
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Gather and prioritize business requirements
- Manage defect resolution and release readiness
- Manage vendor integrations and platform upgrades
- Perform prompt regression testing and output validation
- Refine product backlog and plan releases
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
