- Align stakeholders and define solutions
- Centralize ticketing data in one platform
- Create data products and enable use cases
- Define and track success metrics
- Identify new product opportunities from fan behavior
- Maintain data quality and governance
- Manage features roadmaps and rollouts
- Own product management for fan data platform ticketing components
- Plan day to day product delivery
- Serve as primary product contact for clubs
