Senior Quantum Engineer, Experimental Physicist
Tasks
- Conduct quantum control and calibration research for dual rail cavity qubits
- Design workflows to execute experiments analyze data and iterate protocols
- Develop experiments and techniques to calibrate and benchmark quantum gates
- Lead design implementation and experimental validation of quantum gate and operation schemes
- Perform systematic studies to identify limiting error mechanisms and mitigate errors
- Prototype implement and experimentally validate new quantum operations
