Senior Site Reliability Engineering, Storage
Tasks
- Analyze capacity and usage trends perform forecasting and recommend scaling
- Build and maintain runbooks standard operating procedures and documentation
- Capture requirements architect storage solutions and drive implementation
- Collaborate with SRE infrastructure networking and application teams
- Define and track SLOs SLIs and error budgets
- Develop maintain and improve automation for provisioning configuration monitoring and incident response
- Lead design deployment and operations of production NAS SAN and object storage platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and promote SRE best practices
- Participate in on call and incident response troubleshoot complex storage and performance issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
- Use observability and analytics to improve reliability and efficiency
