Tasks
- Contribute to solution design and evaluate scalability performance security maintainability cost
- Define engineering standards and reusable reference solutions
- Design and implement ingestion and transformation patterns batch near real time real time
- Drive performance tuning and cost optimisation
- Implement security access and governance controls
- Lead Snowflake data platform engineering from design through optimization
- Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to delivery teams
- Resolve complex issues across ingestion transformation modeling integration SQL workloads warehouse configuration security and operations
- Review code and configurations for quality production readiness and maintainability
- Support deployment production stabilisation and troubleshooting
- Take hands on ownership of high risk Snowflake components
