Tasks
- Add human in the loop review and safe actioning
- Add observability with traces logs and metrics
- Build LLM control plane and gateway
- Build domain graph and entity resolution data ingestion
- Build training and scoring pipelines for classical machine learning
- Create REST and gRPC unified API and SDK
- Define SLOs and enable autoscaling and spend controls
- Design agent orchestration patterns and manage agent state
- Enable multi model multi vendor LLM usage with canarying
- Enforce safety privacy content filtering and PII redaction
- Implement function calling grounding and retrieval
- Implement hybrid retrieval with graph vector and keyword search
- Implement model and data drift monitoring and retraining
- Implement smart routing and rate limits
- Maintain model and agent registry versioning and audit trails
- Own agent runtime tool registry and permissions
- Run offline and online model evaluations for quality and safety
- Serve real time context with access controls and lineage
