Senior Software Engineer (Data & AI Solutions)
Tasks
- Build and maintain data pipelines for large complex datasets
- Design and enforce de identification and privacy preserving architectures for HIPAA compliance
- Design build and maintain data products for R and D analytics lab workflows and scientific workflows
- Design genetics and bioinformatics data models schemas and abstractions
- Establish golden paths templates examples docs and contribute to shared data product catalogs
- Implement data quality validation lineage observability and reproducibility best practices
- Implement scalable data models and ensure data quality lineage and observability
- Optimize storage retrieval and lifecycle management for large scientific files
- Prototype data products and transition to production systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid level engineers
- Translate requirements into technical solutions with R and D scientists and product managers
