Senior Software Engineer (Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer)
Tasks
- Administer Unity Catalog and user permissions
- Apply runbooks and automation for change management
- Build and maintain dbt models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data infrastructure solutions
- Deploy and manage Airflow on Kubernetes using Helm
- Develop data pipelines and workflows using Python
- Develop data pipelines using PySpark
- Ensure data quality and consistency
- Integrate Airflow with ArgoCD and Vault
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Manage and optimize Databricks infrastructure
- Manage cluster lifecycle management and job scheduling
- Monitor and optimize cloud data infrastructure cost
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response
- Provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform modules
- Review and approve infrastructure and pipeline changes
- Use GitHub Copilot for code generation and documentation
