Senior Software Engineering Lead – COMPASS Platform & AI Solutions, AVP
Tasks
- Apply generative AI for development testing and documentation
- Build AI solutions for operational workflows and exception management
- Build and maintain transaction processing workflows
- Coordinate release planning and production readiness activities
- Deploy applications on AWS and Azure
- Develop data integration and reporting services
- Drive microservices development and REST API integration
- Evaluate and implement AI services including Azure OpenAI and LLMs
- Implement CI/CD and automated testing
- Implement observability monitoring and performance optimization
- Integrate internal and external platforms using APIs and messaging
- Lead DevOps automation and code quality practices
- Lead design and development of enterprise applications
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
- Modernize legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Use RAG and vector databases for retrieval based applications
