Senior Specialist - Agentic AI in Network Domain - LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Python, Automation
Tasks
- Analyze fallout patterns to identify knowledge gaps
- Coordinate with product engineering and support teams
- Correct and re ingest updated information
- Develop training protocols using prompt engineering
- Document training methods and resolution processes
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical guidelines
- Improve training data and fine tune model artifacts
- Integrate AI agents into existing workflows
- Maintain agent knowledge base
- Monitor AI agent performance across ticket workflows
- Rerun tickets to validate fixes
- Review fallout tickets and diagnose root causes
- Track and report ticket resolution and fallout metrics
- Validate AI performance with testing and feedback
