Senior Specialist Customer Fulfillment
Tasks
- Conduct SAP and Power BI testing for system upgrades
- Coordinate sales order entry to on time delivery
- Create and standardize operational reports
- Drive process standardization solutions
- Ensure order book compliance with business rules
- Ensure order book execution and prompt issue resolution
- Evaluate speed and availability drivers for order book conversion
- Manage wholesale partnership between SCM and sales operations
- Monitor order book status and propose corrective actions
- Monitor outbound activities and mitigate delivery delays
- Perform seasonal peak management order conversion
- Provide customer and zone centric KPIs and insights
- Resolve sales order book queries via centralized mailbox
- Use Power BI to monitor and analyze KPIs
