Senior Specialist, Data Science — Operational Data Strategy (ODS)
Tasks
- Build data preprocessing and collection best practices
- Collaborate on ETL and data engineering handoffs
- Create dashboards and visualization outputs
- Design and implement predictive machine learning models
- Develop hypotheses and analytics plans aligned to clinical operations
- Lead advanced analytics programs
- Maintain model quality through reviews and source assessment
- Perform exploratory descriptive and predictive analytics
- Present results to cross functional stakeholders
- Respond to ad hoc stakeholder analytics requests
- Translate business needs into data science solutions
