- Apply prompt engineering fine tuning evaluation guardrails
- Apply security encryption IAM and network controls
- Architect AWS cloud native solutions
- Architect scalable multi tenant AI platforms on AWS
- Build CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Build RAG pipelines with vector databases and embeddings
- Define reference architectures for AI ML systems
- Design SaaS platform multi tenancy API usage metering and cost attribution
- Design data architectures for batch and streaming
- Design end-to-end AI pipelines
- Develop agentic AI systems and orchestration
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models for production
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA GDPR and SOC2
- Ensure data governance data lineage and quality
- Establish MLOps frameworks for continuous deployment
- Implement MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry
- Implement data pipelines and feature stores
- Implement generative AI solutions with AWS Bedrock
- Implement infrastructure-as-code
- Implement model monitoring drift detection retraining and explainability
- Implement responsible AI bias detection auditability and explainability
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making
- Optimize model performance scalability latency
