Senior Systems Engineer (AWS Data Engineer)
Tasks
- Apply Infrastructure as Code with CDK CloudFormation Terraform
- Architect XML object store migration path into AWS
- Build and maintain AWS data catalog schemas and metadata management
- Collaborate on data flow from EDI processing pipelines
- Design and build reporting and query layer for SQL reporting
- Document architecture decisions and data dictionaries
- Evaluate and select AWS data storage and query architecture
- Implement MSSQL XML object store migration to AWS data architecture
- Implement and maintain CI CD pipelines for data infrastructure
- Lead healthcare data platform modernization
- Optimize query performance and cost
- Translate reporting requirements into data models and query patterns
