Tasks
- Analyze operational support systems
- Coordinate release deployment to production
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
- Document known incidents in knowledge base
- Ensure systems and infrastructure availability
- Fix production issues with zero business impact
- Follow documented escalation procedures
- Increase system efficiencies
- Manage installed systems and infrastructure
- Meet technical deliverables with process controls
- Monitor nightly batch jobs
- Participate in BCP/DR activities
- Perform application health checks
- Perform problem management for recurring incidents
- Proactively identify incidents
- Provide UAT or lower environment support
- Triage document and remediate incidents
