- Author postmortem documents
- Build diagnostic playbooks and runbooks
- Coordinate with engineering teams for resolution
- Define and track operational KPIs
- Develop internal tooling and automation scripts
- Lead incident response for production service disruptions
- Own tier 2 3 technical escalations
