Senior Technical Solutions Engineer - Platform (Greater China Region)
Tasks
- Coordinate with engineering and escalation teams for issue resolution
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provide best practices support for customer solutions
- Resolve complex Databricks unified analytics platform challenges
- Suggest performance improvements for customer environments
- Support third-party integrations with Databricks
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to Databricks platform
