Tasks
- Assess model robustness generalizability reproducibility stability explainability
- Build production like test environments
- Communicate results and prepare test reports
- Create automated test cases and frameworks
- Design edge case and distribution shift tests
- Design test suites for regulatory compliance
- Develop testing strategies
- Ensure GxP GDPR ISO 13485 IEC 62304 and SaMD compliance
- Ensure requirements to test to evidence traceability
- Evaluate fairness and bias
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD
- Maintain audit ready evidence and validation packages
- Maintain test data governance and versioning
- Manage defects with root cause analysis
- Mentor junior test engineers
- Oversee testing across pipelines services and user workflows
- Own integration system regression performance UAT approaches
- Perform risk based regression coverage
- Reproduce document and track defects
- Use containers Kubernetes and cloud for test readiness
- Validate data pipelines and AI model workflows
