Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d) for regulated Computational Pathology products

Tasks
- Assess fairness and bias using diverse test data
- Build test cases using reproducible data fixtures and automated frameworks
- Define integration system regression performance UAT approaches
- Design test suites for quality reliability and regulatory compliance
- Develop test strategies for AI computational pathology
- Ensure requirements to test to evidence traceability
- Execute edge case and distribution shift testing
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD
- Maintain audit ready evidence and validation packages
- Manage test artifacts and versioning and test data governance
- Mentor junior test engineers and lead stakeholder communications
- Oversee end to end testing across pipelines services and user workflows
- Perform defect management with root cause analysis
- Prepare complex test reports and contribute to publications and presentations
- Prepare production like test environments using containers and Kubernetes
- Validate data pipelines and model workflows including performance robustness and generalizability
