Tasks
- Collect organize details to reproduce and explain results
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Facilitate communication between Ubuntu, firmware, and hardware teams
- Find and apply upstream patches for bugs
- Identify, triage, and fix critical problems
- Perform occasional international travel
- Provide software and system engineering services for OEM and ODM customers
- Work with partners on platform bring-up
