Senior/Staff Embedded Software Engineer, Battery Systems (BMS and Charging)
Tasks
- Collaborate on software requirements and operational constraints
- Connect charger battery and backend systems
- Debug hardware software issues on high voltage systems
- Define and maintain software interfaces
- Develop embedded C plus plus software
- Develop software architecture and technical roadmap
- Ensure certification compliance and documentation
- Implement battery ground support equipment charger software
- Implement battery management system functions
- Integrate algorithms into production software
- Optimize electrical power control and thermal management
- Perform design and code reviews
- Provide mentorship and establish testing standards
- Test and verify safety-critical software
