Service Engineer FIS Quantum/Echos Production Support
Tasks
- Configure and support Cash Xplorer
- Document solutions and update knowledge base
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls
- Ensure data flow between FIS systems and Oracle Fusion modules
- Maintain documentation SOPs and process flows
- Manage and maintain static data in Quantum
- Manage data integration using Oracle GoldenGate and data pipelines
- Participate in change management and minimize business disruption
- Perform regression testing and readiness assessments
- Perform upgrades patch testing and performance tuning
- Provide production support for FIS Quantum and FIS Echos
- Resolve issues in bank statement processing and cashflow integrations
- Support In House Banking cash forecasting and intercompany settlements
- Triaging support tickets and delivering timely resolutions
- Troubleshoot Enterprise Workflow Framework EWF reports and action triggers
- Use FIS Quantum data model to resolve technical issues
- Use Oracle and SQL Server to troubleshoot system performance and data issues
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction
