Tasks
- Align priorities with engineering manager and stakeholders
- Coach and support team members
- Coordinate delivery execution
- Drive continuous improvement with automation cloud adoption and AI enabled ways of working
- Ensure timely quality outcomes with early risk escalation
- Lead service fulfillment delivery team
- Maintain capacity planning across project BAU and incident work
- Manage incoming demand and contribute to impact analysis
- Own team level technical and process alignment
- Plan track deliverables milestones and progress
- Serve as first escalation point for issues blockers and risks
- Support delivery lifecycle activities design readiness quality checks release preparation and hypercare
