Tasks

• Align priorities with engineering manager and stakeholders
• Coach and support team members
• Coordinate delivery execution
• Drive continuous improvement with automation cloud adoption and AI enabled ways of working
• Ensure timely quality outcomes with early risk escalation
• Lead service fulfillment delivery team
• Maintain capacity planning across project BAU and incident work
• Manage incoming demand and contribute to impact analysis
• Own team level technical and process alignment
• Plan track deliverables milestones and progress
• Serve as first escalation point for issues blockers and risks
• Support delivery lifecycle activities design readiness quality checks release preparation and hypercare
