ServiceNow Developer & Analytics/Reporting Specialist - Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM)
Tasks
- Build workflows with business rules client scripts and UI actions
- Configure Service Portal pages
- Configure performance analytics data sources indicators and scorecards
- Create scheduled reports in ServiceNow
- Develop dashboards and performance analytics widgets
- Follow SDLC security guidelines and maintain documentation
- Lead ServiceNow application development
- Perform platform issue troubleshooting and deliver compliant code
- Support Agile Scrum sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Support UAT stabilization and bug remediation
- Translate stakeholder requirements into KPIs and metrics
- Validate data for recurring analytics outputs
