- Analyze systems data models and processes
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
- Create technical solution designs for ServiceNow platform
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions
- Develop Platform Analytics and CSDM capabilities
- Ensure security standards and sustainable platform architecture
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems
- Maintain documentation for implemented solutions
- Perform implementation quality assurance using best practices
- Provide project and subproject task delivery
- Translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures
